Through that process I learned specific, concrete things about how to sit, reach, and move that almost nobody teaches explicitly, because most teachers were never taught it either.
It was across thousands of lessons with adult students that I realized how common this gap is. Person after person had never once been told where to sit, how far to reach, or how their elbow should move. They were making it up as they went, the same way I once had.
That is why I created the Pianist’s Body Blueprint, to hand you the exact thing I wish someone had handed me before my injury forced me to figure it out the hard way.
